Who We Serve
Adults & Independent Living
The Aging and Disability Resource Center of the Wolf River Region serves adults living in Oconto, Shawano and Menominee Counties as well as the Stockbridge-Munsee Community. We are here to connect people with information, programs and services to help preserve independent living and cover all options for long-term care. The assistance the ADRC offers helps individuals who meet any of the following criteria:
- Age 55 and above
- Have a physical disability
- Have a developmental disability
- Have a disability as a young adult and will be transitioning to adulthood
- Are a family member, caregiver, friend or neighbor seeking information
- Are a member of the general public and would like information on local services or programs
We assist individuals, families and caregivers by giving confidential, no-cost information on available options. If you or someone you know has additional questions, please visit any of our locations during open office hours or call us toll-free.
