Guidance on Options & Funding
If you or a loved one are in need of long-term care, there are many options to consider based on various factors like the current level of self-sufficiency and need for caregiver support. We’ll go over everything from assisted living and nursing home facilities to in-home and respite care. Our staff can also explain how Wisconsin’s Family Care and IRIS programs work.
In terms of funding for long-term care, the ADRC of the Wolf River Region is your entryway to publicly-funded programs. We’ll help you assess your level of need for these services, determine eligibility, start the application process and provide other guidance as you go.
Turn to our team for help in understanding other programs such as private-pay and Medicaid card only and their funding structures, as well.
