Oconto County Transportation

A variety of transportation options are available for those in need. Explore the various options below, and click the blue link text to visit the websites for more specifics.

• MTM: If you are on Medicaid or BadgerCare Plus and need non-emergency medical transportation, contact MTM Inc. toll-free at 1-866-907-1493. Rides must be scheduled at least two days prior to an appointment and up to one month in advance.

• Volunteer Escort Program: Transportation may be provided to scheduled medical appointments. This service is available to adults 55 and over and handicapped residents. A wheelchair-accessible bus is available. A three-day notice is requested, and service is provided on a first call, first serve basis. This program is being ran by Menominee Regional Transit. Contact them at 1-877-648-9287 to schedule a ride.

• Bus Routes: Bus routes are available throughout Oconto County. Mondays: northern route, Tuesdays: central route, Wednesday: Oconto Falls route, Thursdays: eastern route, Fridays: southern route. There is a low cost fare to ride on these routes.  Contact Menominee Regional Transit for more information by calling 1-877-648-9287

• Oconto County Veteran’s Service Office: The Veteran’s Service Office will assist veterans in transportation to medical appointments. To find out more, contact the Oconto County Veteran’s Service Office at 920-834-6817.
